I'm currently reading a book called "Margin: Restoring Emotional, Physical, Financial, and Time Reserves to Overloaded Lives" by Richard Swenson. if your life is like mine and just packed with all of the STUFF that needs to get done and you've reached the point of overload I highly recommend picking up a copy (and then taking the time to actually read it!). If you don't have time to read a book then you REALLY need to get a copy!
